Our home and building inspections are extremely thorough and include all components of the home or building including the real estate property inspection.
The inspection report is specifically composed for each home or building and is concise, easy to read and understand with photos of deficiencies found during the inspection. We do not use forms or check boxes. Each component of the home or building is listed in an outline with a description of the component and a description of any deficiencies and photos of the deficiency.
